Branden Kunath will be sharinng his incredible story. Here is some more information about Branden:

Branden Kunath is the Chief Programs Officer for the Mighty Oaks Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting military personnel, first responders, and their families who are dealing with the “unseen wounds” of service, such as PTSD. In this role, Branden oversees the strategic development, implementation, and evaluation of all programs, ensuring they align with the foundation’s mission and maximize impact. Before joining Mighty Oaks, Branden served in the United States Marine Corps as a Machine Gunner (0331) and Infantry Unit Leader (0369), rising to the rank of Staff Sergeant (E6). Over his distinguished career, he held leadership roles with Marine Corps Security Forces Europe (Fleet Antiterrorism Security Team) in Rota, Spain, as well as with the 1st Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, and 2d Battalion 1st Marine Regiment. He also served as a Marine Combat Instructor at the Infantry Training Battalion and Advanced Infantry Training Battalion, School of Infantry West.

Branden’s operational experience includes multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, where he led combat missions in Fallujah, Haditha, Helmand Province, and beyond, receiving multiple personal unit decorations. In recognition of his leadership and valor, he was combat-meritoriously promoted to Staff Sergeant in 2009. After sustaining injuries from years of service, he transitioned to Wounded Warrior Battalion – West in 2013. That same year, Branden attended a Mighty Oaks Legacy Program at SkyRose Ranch, where he found hope, healing, and a renewed purpose through faith in Jesus Christ. His transformation led him to dedicate his life to helping others navigate the challenges of combat trauma and life, guiding them toward the same hope and healing he discovered. Today, Branden lives out his mission alongside his wife, Jeannette, and their children, passionately serving those seeking restoration and a new purpose in life.
