Join us on select Sundays at 2pm for our Navigators Discipleship Bible Study! If you have kids they are welcome to enjoy the Kids Ministry service while you dive into the Bible Study. 

Do you want to know more about your identity in Christ (2 Cor. 5:17) and its application for your life? 

Do you desire to be grounded in Christ and to be rooted and built up in Him (Col. 2:7)? 

Would you like to learn how to get engaged and be on mission for Christ (Eph. 2:10)? 

Do you desire to learn how to pray effectively and to experience tangible spiritual growth in your life (Eph. 4:13)? 

If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, then you have God's call on your heart and this discipleship class is the right place and the right time for you. The discipleship classes are interactive sessions in a safe environment where individuals should feel free to process their faith and have their questions and fears addressed from a sound Biblical perspective. 

 
The main objective is to equip and encourage believers to know the promises of God in the Holy Scriptures with discussions of practical application on how to apply God's promises in our daily life.

Join us each month Monday at 7pm in Classroom 1 for this important foundational class and invite others you believe would be blessed by these rich teachings to join you!

Developing a firm foundation for your Christian walk is essential. This class will encourage you to develop a more personal relationship with Christ, gain confidence in sharing your faith, establish habits of Bible study, praise and prayer and set you on the path to blessing. 

Various seasoned teachers will be leading and sharing from their personal experiences.  Class topics will include:  Introduction to the Bible and Bible Study; Understanding our Salvation: Baptism and Communion; Prayer; Praise; The Role of the Holy Spirit; Giving; and Our Commission.

Anthem Youth Dodgeball Tournament

Anthem Youth Dodgeball Tournament is HERE!! If you are in 7th-12th grade create a team of 6 people, and come out November 8th at 6:00 PM for a great night of fun, worship, and DODGEBALL!

Oh and did we mention, that the winning team will receive a $300 prize?

You must register your team of 7 people. Please put accurate contact information for each participant (name, email, & phone number), so we can reach you and your teammates.
*each team needs to have at least 1 girl and 1 boy.

DEEP DIVE INTO GOD’S WORD BIBLE STUDY

Have you opened the Bible to read it and found it overwhelming? No worries, most people find it so. The Sunday-morning INTRODUCTION TO THE BIBLE class seeks to address this problem! Introduction to the Bible is an introductory level course to understanding the most important and influential book of all times – the Bible. This class would help both: those that are new to the Bible (have no background in the Bible), and those that have some knowledge about the Bible. We would be exploring major themes and concepts of the Bible: for example, the character of God, the revelation of Christ, the response of the people of God to God, and so on. The key to understanding the Old Testament is the history of Israel – so the study of the OT is divided historically: pre-monarchial period; the times of the kings; the exile; and the post-exilic period. The study of the New Testament centers around Christ: the earthly life of Christ in the Gospels; the beginnings of the Church in Acts; the growth, development, and challenges of the church of Christ in the rest of the New Testament. The goals for this class are at least threefold: to provide an overview of the contents of the Bible; to provide Christians a strong foundation to read and understand the Bible; and to create a love for the Bible and the God of the Bible.   2. Promised Land and Pre-Monarchial Period – Joshua and Judges – 1 class/week 
  3. The Times of the Kings – I & II Samuel, I & II Kings, and I and II Chronicles – 2 classes/weeks 
  4. Poetical Books of the Bible – Job, Psalms, Proverbs, Song of Songs, Lamentations – 1 class/week 
  5. Pre-Exilic Prophets – Jonah, Amos, Hosea, Micah, Isaiah; Nahum, Zephaniah, Habakkuk, Jeremiah – 2 classes/weeks 
  6. Exilic Prophets – Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Daniel – 1 class/week 
  7. Return to the Promised Land – Ezra, Nehemiah – 1 class/week 
  8. Post-Exilic Prophets – Obadiah, Haggai, Zechariah, Joel, Malachi – 1 class/week
